Roger and Greg were amazing today. They went above and beyond with help from other team members to get us in a new car today. There was some struggles and hard decisions to make, but no matter what they kept looking for a way to get us in a new vehicle and make things work for our situation. Thank you to you both for putting a smile back on my face when i thought it would not work out. Two gentlemen that do there job with compassion, respect and determination. They defiantly deserve a raise that’s for sure.

Our experience was terrfic from start to finish. If asked to recommend we would without thinking. Working in the people industry he captured all key points. Someone I know we could use. If we were to buy again we would come back

100% regret buying here, the finiance department is a scam, they will tell you one thing then rush you through the process and try hide charges. Samer is beyond impossible to deal with, great untill you question his tatics then does everything to try avoid it. Will be going to AMVIC and a lawyer to get my fees back, avoid at all costs

I’m sorry that you felt you were treated unfairly in regards to extra fees but without going too much into the specifics of your situation, banks will set fees based on the risk level of each loan; something that is out of our control. It’s the cost of getting approved for a high risk loan. If you would like to discuss your deal in person, we would be more than happy to explain every line item so you can feel comfortable with it.
