Took my wife’s corvette in for some work and a detail package the gold one When I got car back was not impressed they said they waxed it so I talked to department manager he just said it looked to him it was waxed and walked away and left me standing there with out even talking about it will be talking to the owner of dealership on Monday don’t ever get your car detailed there

I am sorry to hear about your recent experience. I have been informed that you were disappointed that the wax application did not improve or repair paint damage on your vehicle and that the service manager left the conversation after repeated attempts to convey this. It is not our practice to debate and argue with our clients but I am sorry that you left feeling unsatisfied with your service. Thank you for your feedback.

I had an excellent experience buying my first car through Roy Nichols Motors! Working with Glenn on the sales floor and Alan for financing was a great experience! They were friendly, professional and made the process smooth and easy for a first time buyer. Also thankful for the people behind the scenes who made it possible for the pickup of my car to happen so fast! I love my little SUV and would highly recommend Roy Nichols to all of my friends and family!
