After taking our vehicle in for recalls, we noticed our fuel gauge was no longer working, went back in to Woodstock Chrysler, and told them what was going on, the service administrator completely shut us down, told us it wasn't their problem. After putting in a phone call to their 1-800 number, I was redirected to Glassford in Ingersoll, for a diagnosis. Two out of three of the recalls fixed in Woodstock were softwares updates, Glassford installed a new software update, free of charge, and the problem went away. After purchasing two vehicles from Woodstock Chrysler, I can honestly say I will never return after the poor service received. Mistakes happen, but it's sad they will not offer any help when things go wrong or take accountability for what they have done, sadly when we took our vehicle into Ingersoll, they let us know we weren't the first to come to them for this same reason.

This place sucks when in with my wife and kids to buy a 2017 Durango GT... I ask the sales lady for info about that vehicle and possibly go on a test drive, she give me a dirty look then proceeds to tell me she busy and come back later??... don't even waste your time shopping there just go a cross the street you'll be so thankful

This place sucks when in with my wife and kids to buy a 2017 Durango GT... I ask the sales lady for info about that vehicle and possibly go on a test drive, she give me a dirty look then proceeds to tell me she busy and come back later??... don't even waste your time shopping there just go a cross the street you'll be so thankful

Worse experience EVER!!!! The redneck sales person that we just dealt with judge my husband and I b fore we even walked through the doors.... we were there looking at trucks as we are in the market but have grownup in a GM family. He started off by just rhyming off all the trucks they have instead of showing the difference and what was available... I had to ask to see the trucks.... and then when he did take us out he acted like we were wasting his precious time didn't bring keys so we could see inside and just stood there putting down our car we drive now. So basically I don't know how that man is still a salesman he never even introduced himself nor asked us out needs and wants and he treated us like nothing's!!!!!!! I think we will stick to not only travelling 2 hours away for the best salesman EVER Larry But we will be sticking to GM!!!!!!

Purchased 2 trucks here through the years, both sales people assisted in sourcing exactly what I needed in both vehicles. Unfortunately they both no longer work here, no fault of the dealer far as I know. As for recall and warranty work, Matt and that beauti lady at Service have done a fine job every time. Would def. purchase more vehicles here.
