Bought a used 2014 Ram 1500 Sport from Alistair in sales. Very helpful, and did everything he could to get me the price I needed! Great service and help from Jenn in the service department as well!! All in all a great experience! Recommended to anyone looking for a great deal and great service! Thanks a lot guys!!

Firstly, the dealership is immaculate. My sales rep, Terence Hinds, was super helpful and knowledgeable and had my vehicle traded in with a new one for me to drive off the lot in no time. Him and his team went above and beyond to meet my expectations and budget and got me a great rate on my financing. I also received a gift certificate for STC Salon, the on-site beauty salon, and have been going to Cindy Lacasse ever since. It’s super nice to have my car detailed/serviced when I go in for a haircut too! Great company, great team!

Jenn at south trail is amazing. Every single time I have walked into that dealership she has gotten the job done for me efficiently and quickly. I never worry about my Jeep when Jenn is the representative I am dealing with. She knows her shit and she gets shit done.

Had a great experience dealing with Nosh (our sales advisor) and Darren B (finance). Nosh was patient and respectful of our wishes in searching for the right vehicle at the right price. He went out of his way to do some research for us that eventually resulted in us purchasing 2 vehicles. Never once did we fee like we were being “pressured” into buying a vehicle. Every time we visited, Nosh was sure to greet us with a smile and a handshake and to also acknowledge my infant son (something not everyone does). My husband and I were very pleased with Nosh and recommend him as your sales advisor to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

After losing our 2nd mini van in a car accident I recently purchased a 3rd van from south trail Chrysler. Chris Wittig helped us find the perfect vehicle to meet our requirements and budget. He was extremely patient and easy going which made for an enjoyable experience.

When I go to buy anything in life, I have to feel like I'm welcome or wanted. South Trail Chrysler made me feel both. The staff are great and the atmosphere is positive. There is no pressure or rush for anything. Fantastic crew and beautiful service.

5 stars for Alastair Seabrook in sales. I had clear and reasonable ideas about what I wanted for my trade and purchase. He listened, explained what was available, with a couple options, and strategized with me about how to get my best value. I am very happy and absolutely recommend him. Fair deal done. I traded my 2012 jeep rubicon and bought a used (32,000km) 2017 jeep Cherokee trail hawk because I’m pregnant and need a space for a baby seat. Not because I wanted to. A heart breaking decision, made doable by Alastair. And I am SUPER happy with my trail hawk. He even arranged for my accessories to be taken off and delivered to my home (so I can sell them separately) and arranged pick up of the stock parts I had located from 2 other places around Calgary and Cochrane. We also negotiated a tow package be installed which he had me in for within a week of the financing being competed and a loaner vehicle arranged for my day. I tried to broker this deal at 2 other dealerships with no success. They all had limited or hard info/sales. Alastair works WITH his customers. Top Shelf.
