Terrible service Scare you if you have a recall not cool Unprofessional

Hands down the best dealership in the city. Service department is absolutely awesome to deal with. Very accommodating and all staff are very personable. Jenn was my advisor and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied throughout the repair. As part of diagnostics I did a road test with a tech named Ryan and he was also awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

I've purchased 4 vehicles from 4 different dealership's and this had to be the best experience by far! Got such an amazing deal! I won't tell you the deal I got but you can sure walk in and get one for yourself. Alastair Seabrook works for the people!!!

South Trail has been nothing but exceptional to us. We got an outstanding deal on an amazing vehicle, they took care of a bizarre window malfunction that occurred just this week and gave us another great deal on running boards foe the vehicle. I had an excellent loaner Jeep Cherokee when our vehicle was in for service and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Special shout outs to Darrin B and Samer K in Finance, Aaron K in Sales, Ryan B and Matthew S in Service and Phil M the Service Manager...keep up the great work!

I went in to get an oil change on my Chrysler 200 and wanted out with a BRAND NEW DODGE JOURNEY..... Honestly they where great. Brad was awesome and excellent with my family. I absolutely love my journey and my have slightly regretted it for like 30 seconds but am so glad I went in for that oil change...

We went in to look at a specific used SUV that we saw posted on Kijiji. We were greeted by Alastair Seabrook outside (no appointment). It was a bit intimidating at first as he greeted us as we were basically parking/getting out of our vehicle. Despite that Alastar was very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. He pulled the SUV into their show room, which is very nice rather than standing around outside in a parking lot. I was impressed on how much he knew about a vehicle that was not a Chrysler product as we did a walk around. We took a short test drive and unfortunately the engine light came on halfway through. Alastair got it into the mechanic the next morning and we came in later that evening for another test drive. He explained the trade-in process very clearly and was not pushy about getting us to make a deal since a deposit was required to start negotiations. All I can recommend to others that are also weary of this is do your research and start high, don't sign if your are not comfortable. In the end we worked with him to come to a trade-in/purchase agreement we were happy with, and I'm pretty sure Alastair and a finance guy stayed late on a Friday to help close the deal. After the sale he tracked down a few missing items for us that were included in the deal. The Dealership itself is very nice and has many sitting areas, including a kids playroom, which gave enough locations to distract our toddler while we negotiated. I am pretty sure we saw them all. Overall we were very pleased working with Alastar, he always made time for us when we came in, offered to drop some items at our house, and I'm pretty sure he ran everywhere he went during the entire process.
