I have to say I found the customer service exceptional.Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful. My only complaint would have been regarding my sales person at the time(who is no longer with South Trail Chrysler ). I was up sold on waterproofing,bed liner,and 3m all of which I wanted but not at cost of warranty or extended warranty as I was buying used.It wasn’t until all the above was installed and we were signing the paperwork that we were told we didn’t qualify for enough to have the extended warranty as well.Had I known ahead of time that truck wasn’t under warranty any longer I would have for gone the above extras so to qualify for the extended warranty. At the time I didn’t think much about it as truck was only 2 years old and was in great shape,low mileage and was obviously maintained and cared for by previous owner. However as soon as the cold hit I started having problems with air suspension.Eventually suspension shut down all together and truck Sat pretty much till spring.I never contacted dealership as I figured they would do nothing about it as I had no warranty (Stupid Me). Eventually my wife contacted dealership and they dealt with it right away. Dealership Came picked up truck took it in got it running again and dropped off at my house with out any charge. Truck was running great upto this cold snap and suspension started acting up again like before.I called the dealership they got me in right away tested and serviced the air suspension at no cost.I took truck home that night no problems.Following day suspension starts acting up again.I am Perplexed by the problem as much as the dealership is. Truck runs great under ideal conditions however as soon as it’s cold and wet there are issues. South Trail Chrysler continues to work with me to find and rectify the problem.I have found the customer service exceptional and dealership to be accommodating and eager to help rectify the problem and do right by me. Best experience I have had in working with a car dealership since moving to Calgary in 2006. Brad and the staff were extremely helpful in making our purchase of a preowned vehicle sooth and easy. The service department is over the top as well. 5 stars!!!!

I've owned dodge trucks in Calgary for 23 years. This was my first visit to south trail for service due to a recent move. If I had known they were as good as they were going to be I would have made the drive from across the city before. Top notch !! Thank you south trail.

I've owned dodge trucks in Calgary for 23 years. This was my first visit to south trail for service due to a recent move. If I had known they were as good as they were going to be I would have made the drive from across the city before. Top notch !! Thank you south trail.

My vehicle was experiencing some issues shortly after it was serviced and inspected at South Trail. It turns out we needed to have our brakes replaced, but instead they were just serviced. There were several other components of our vehicle that were not accurately depicted to us, and so we had to pay again for a different dealership to actually fix it and do it right. Makes it seem as though South Trail was trying to double dip. Charge us for a band-aid fix and then have us come back less than two months later to replace the same parts. Utterly disgraceful. If they weren't trying to double dip, then their sheer incompetence at inspecting vehicles is astounding. Either way, not a place that you want to take your vehicle if you want it to be taken care of properly.
