I really have to give a big shout out to Jenn in the service department! Really Unbelievable service here, they gave me a new Jeep to drive while my truck was in for routine service. I always get it detailed here because it comes out looking like new, Jenn calls me and lets me me know exactly where things are at and treats my truck like it’s her own. I honestly am very impressed!! �

I went here to get a recall done on my 2010 Dodge Challenger RT, and they were very friendly. I would recommend the shop. Very clean inside the building as well. Overall was happy both airbag recalls were fixed, and got my coolant flush done too. Took me awhile to do a review, my cell phone browser didn't like the link or rather i'm just terrible with cell phone tech. :)

Awsome Experiance, dealt with Treavor schlosser service advisor, went in for an oil change and warranty for my door hinges, upon the jeeps inspection they noticed that my radiator had a leak along with my front drive shaft had a rip in the rubber boot that holds grease, everything was fixed under warranty!!! When I dropped the jeep off I requested to have a loaner car, as I had my baby boy with me, I was given a truck loaner right away � After the oil change was done I received a call from Treavor stating that my winch and front bumper had to be removed to get to the radiator, as my winch is blocking the front grill, I asked if I can take the jeep home and remove the winch my self as it has a custom winch plate and to avoid paying out of pocket to have them remove it and Treavor told me it was not a problem. That same day I returned to pick up my jeep and returned the loaner I asked to be given a rental car as per my extended warranty agreement, I was directed right to the in house Discount rental they have in house, I was given a Dodge 2500 huge truck at the time that's all they had, I was dealing with Angela for the rental, she informed me that the truck was all she had at that moment and if something smaller comes up she would call me to swap the rentals around. Next morning after dropping off the jeep back to the dealer I noticed a yellow Dodge charger sitting in the parking lot I took a closer look at the back plates and knew that it was a rental car, after I handed Treavor my jeep keys I went to talk to Angela to give me the charger instead of the big 2500, and I was given it right away a beast of a car with the 5.7 hemi the car sports. All in all the process took a week from start to finish and waiting on parts to come in, I didn't really mind the wait as every thing was taken care of and I had a rental car that I enjoyed driving, best of all, it cost me $0
