I want to give a big thank you to South Trail Chrysler, the Salesmen, the Managers and the Rep that helped me get into my dream Jeep over the passed few weeks. Shawn Turner ( Salesmen) -Is one of the best salesmen I could ask for, he helped find the perfect match for me. He was outgoing and very accommodating to my wants/needs. Kat (Should be Service Manager- in my opinion)- She is such a sweetheart, very professional and is very friendly. she helped me set up my new vehicle and we had a great chat about bikes! If you ever need help or have questions she's a top recommendation! Nairn Fons ( Finance)- Is top notch and has a good humour, he was able to set me up with everything that I needed and what would suit me best, I can say I wasn't the easiest person to deal with but he definitely made me feel very welcome and like a priority. Luke (Used Sales Manger)- Luke was outstanding and was able to put a huge smile on my face when I shook his hand and said we have a deal. He was professional and we had a very good business conversation. I am very happy to say I do business with SouthTrail Chrysler! Thank you all so much again, I am one happy camper with my jeep!

I have never received such amazing service from a dealership before! From the time we purchased our, new to us, 2018 Dodge Ram from Eric who is a really amazing guy, till the time we received it the service, communication and friendliness was impeccable. South Trail Chrysler has really put themselves on the map for me. If you want excellent service, a friendly team and great communication all through out the purchase and service process, then South Trail Chrysler is the place for you!

Thank you so much to the team at South Trail Chrysler for seamlessly helping me purchase my new Jeep. This was the easiest dealership I have worked with. Not only was the deal fantastic, I was in and out in with my new vehicle in about 2 hours. No pressure, very knowledgeable staff, and most importantly they got me exactly what I was looking for at the right price. Hailey was attentive, efficient and also made sure that everything was covered. I recommended anyone to go see Hailey in sales. Went to get a key programmed on our 13 Ram half ton on Saturday talked to Trevor about it. Was awesome and helped us out with what we needed as well as answered our more In depth questions with no issues highly recommend 😀
