We had some warranty issues with our jeep that others seemed to wanted to pass the buck on, but Nadine saw the injustice in what was happening and worked hard to find a solution that was fair and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I applaud south trail Chrysler for employing kind compassionate caring employees like her, that aren’t afraid to work to find a fair logical solution. Thanks so much!!

Rahul and the team made the process of trading our old car for a new one painless and pleasant. The team at South Trail Chrysler listened to our wishes and responded with a great selection of vehicles which ticked all our boxes. We’d definitely recommend this dealership as a place to purchase a vehicle.

Sold me a vehicle that blew a rod and cratered the engine after 1 year of owning it. I am not not a rough driver and kept up all my maintenance. No help, no replacement. The fault is mine for not doing more research, but they praised it for its reliability and touted the prowess of this engine while knowing it was a time-bomb waiting to blow. $50,000 and it's gone. FunGuySales (Cory) is nothing more than an ignorant, money-grubbing salesman at best and outright charlatan and con-man at worst. Their finance people are also nothing but pretentious shills for the banks that own them. But they do have a barber. So...

Purchased a new Ram 1500 Limited truck. The process was straight forward no BS. Everyone was excellent. Hailey was professional and did what ever she could to make the purchase a pleasant experience. Thank you 😊 Update on my experience with service. My new Ram 1500 Limited had a steering issue. I took it in for service. They did an wheel alignment and said it was good now. I still noticed my steering wheel was not centered and still had pulling to one side with a vibration feeling at certain speeds. It was time for an oil change so I asked for the steering issues to be checked. Left the truck all day and at the end of the day I go to pick it up and I am told they drove the truck and it's fine. Unreal. I said so what was done technically and I was told nothing just a drive to diagnose the issues. Then when I expressed how upset I was I was told it can't be a wheel alignment issue. Unreal no checking it or wheel balancing. All that was done was put my steering wheel centered with out checking alignment. Now I left my truck for another day to see what they are going to do. When I bought the truck I noticed a vibration and pointed it out to the sales person. You spend big money, is it to much to ask for a perfect driving truck. I have complained about the steering on my 2023 Rm 1500 Limited since time of purchase I took it in to the dealership to have the steering diagnosed. The truck sat at the dealership all day 7:00 to 16:00 only to be told someone drove the truck and its fine. I did not ask for someone to drive my truck and guess that it is fine. What I would have hoped for was professional service. Diagnosis would involve checking the front end up on the lift. Alignment being done no matter what to be sure it was ok. It's a $100,000 truck even if I had to pay for an alignment then I would have piece of mind. I was never offered the option and I feel like I was blowen off like I had no value as a customer. My truck sat there for 9 hours only to be driven and told it was good. I am the customer and should have bee given the respect of giving me options after driving my truck. There is no crystal ball saying everything was good. Only with proper diagnosis could we be sure everything is OK. Inspection of front end. Alignment done. maybe wheel balancing should have been discussed. An estimate would have been appreciated. I did not ask for opinions I wanted service and proper diagnoses.

I just bought a demo model 2023 dodge durango from this dealership. In terms of friendliness and getting the deal done they were wonderful and went above and beyond. We had a couple minor issues but they went over and above to make me happy! They really are a wonderful dealership with friendly and accommodating staff

I recently bought a used car from this dealership and had Hailey as my salesperson. Even though she normally works in the new car department, she was fantastic at finding a good, reliable, used car that fit my budget. She made sure all of my needs were met and was constantly going above and beyond. I had an excellent experience with Hailey and I would recommend her to a friend!
