Couldn't be happier. Lee went the extra mile to let me get to know the truck before I bought it and sealed the deal just by doing that. No pressure to buy, no pressure for add ons from Finance. Completely relaxed experience and I'd recommend South Trail Chrysler.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle that broke down 6 months later and as much as they tried, they could not help us fix it. I guess, the extra additional thousands and add on fees in buying from a dealership isn't worth it then. Too bad.

Hello Margaret, we are sorry you are having vehicle issues. All of our pre-owned vehicles pass a safety inspection before sale. If anything is not able to pass, it is fixed or replaced. Unfortunately, they are machines and a lot can happen in 6 months. We also offer every customers options for extended warranties and protections for their new vehicle. There is a sales man there by the name of Marco, we dealt with him when he worked with another dealership and he will literally tell you anything you want to hear to get the sale, promise after promise. Even outright lies. He has now moved to this company and has again made more promises to get me into a newer vehicle but has since ghosted me. Took all my info got all the paperwork done and even showed me my options. Then disappeared. He along with whatever company hires him are a complete right off. For shame. Pray I never see him again.

Recently bought a 2022 Ram from South Trail Chrysler and the experience was great. We dealt with Lee who was really great, knowledgeable and always kept us in the loop while waiting for the vehicle and once the vehicle came in we were assisted by Nairn in the financing department and he was also amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future to purchase another vehicle!

In September we contacted this dealership to purchase a car. Manager Alexey processed our purchase. We purchased a 2017 KIA car, and as soon as we left the dealership, our check light came on. We returned the car for repairs, it was under repair for about a month, the engine was changed, all consumables were checked again and replaced. As soon as we drove it out of the dealership again, the oil light came on. The car was returned for repairs. The last straw was the roof, which did not close after several months of repairs. It was decided to return the car, since it did not indicate the declared characteristics, and during the 3 months of ownership, we drove it no more than 7 days. This turned out to be very helpful - thanks to Luke - until he intervened, the issue was not resolved. I will not go to this salon again.

Did an online inquiry and the very next day received a text message from Hailey. Told her about my case and she didn't hesitate to help me unlike any other dealership that didn't even bother. So as we went to the dealership we met Hailey and she was so friendly and very professional, and very accomodating. Introduced us to other staff that can help us get approved. Met Eduardo who made it all possible to get an approval, didn't get the suv that I really want but he got me a very nice one as well. Thank you South Trail Chrysler especially to Hailey and Eduardo!! I'll be recommending it to all my friends.
