Acura of Hamilton

I normally don't tend to do reviews, but I feel I need to write one for Julia Lioris. I dealt with Julia on purchasing a pre owned RDX I must say what a PLEASURE she was to deal with. I recently went to another Acura dealership (not in Hamilton) and felt very uncomfortable with their pressure sales tactics Julia took her time and listened to what I was looking for and guided me into the vehicle I was looking for . I am so pleased with my RDX and Julia Lioris and Acura of Hamilton for listening to me with no pressure and getting me into the RDX I'VE ALWAYS WANTED!!! I will be recommending Julia Lioris and Acura of Hamilton to all my coworkers, friends , family :)

I recently picked up my new MDX Aspec I couldn't be more happier I dealt with Julia Lioris, out standing service my wife and I had purchased 2 vehicles from Julia with in the past 2 months! I have referred plenty of people to Julia and Acura of Hamilton for their great hospitality and customer service. I'm sure.... the previous comment must have Julia confused with another dealership.

Greatly appreciated the straight talking sales process.The team earned my trust and set up a solid foundation for a budding relationship with the Acura brand. The current generation RDX delivers on an engaging drive and the huge moon roof was an unexpected bonus. Since the purchase, Louis and his team have been responsive with all my inquiries and have been a great ambassador for Acura.

Julia was so wonderful through the whole experience of purchasing my car. She was honest and very accommodating. Overall experience 10/10. I would recommend the Upper James Acura to anyone.
