One of the worst experience I have had. They are not straight forward. Due to their inability to communicate effectively I am now out $500. Other dealerships refund you your deposit if you choose not to purchase their vehicle but not this one. I am so disappointed in sales and would never recommend it.

I cannot say enough good things about South Trail Chrysler and everyone that helped me - Alastair, Roger, and Chad! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and did everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable with my new purchase. Would recommend them every day of the week and will absolutely go back to deal with them again.
