I cannot say enough good things about South Trail Chrysler and everyone that helped me - Alastair, Roger, and Chad! Everyone was so nice and accommodating and did everything they could to make me feel safe and comfortable with my new purchase. Would recommend them every day of the week and will absolutely go back to deal with them again.

Was looking for a new truck, and went in and talked with the sales rep Aaron Kerluke was super awesome and very helpful. He got me everything I wanted and pushed for way more for me. Highly recommend this dealer and recommend the sales rep.

I went there to get my car after the bank were being difficult with getting a loan they were so kind about it and didn't pressure me they were so understanding Mikhail Mezentsev is an amazing salesman he was so kind to me when I had to deal with the situation of your looking to get a car 11/10 would recommend

Worst dealership in the city!!!! They had my jeep for a recall. Lost my keys took me 2 full days to get my vehicle back. They chipped the paint on my topper and wouldn't return calls or emails to rectify the problem. Then I get an email from them about wanting to buy back my jeep so out of curiosity I call, text and email them and no one returns any line of communication. Talk to the reception and she says oh sorry we are busy right now. Gave up on them and went to big 4 and people there actually care. Called had an appointment set that day got there and everyone was willing and ready to help! Save your time and energy and go where there isn't a bunch of idiots running the place!

Hi Caitlin, thanks for taking the time to write a review and sorry that you didn't seem to have a good experience with us. Since receiving your review 45 minutes ago I had the chance to look into your story and some things are not adding up. Our records show that you were last here in July and that even if a tech misplaced the keys, we would have just cut you a new set free of charge. Also, the paint pen issue... I just checked and we stock them so again, we're a little confused as to why things didn't go so well for you. Perhaps you would like to email me directly so we can get to the core of the issue? Brought my Trailhawk in for its first service today, as always the South Trail Chrysler team exceeded all expectations. Great job on the windshield chip repair too!!
