I contacted Cole Denton (full disclosure, yes of relation) at St. Albert Dodge recently about a truck I was interested in. Now I buy a lot of vehicles, most all not from sales people of aforementioned relation, and in turn spend a lot of time in dealerships. Cole is amazing and I recommend you speak with him if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, but what set my experience apart was the entire team at St Albert Dodge treated me like family. My daughter who accompanied me, was taken on a scavenger hunt by Brayden, another fine member of the sales staff and given her pick of Nick’s (sales) chest of candy before anyone knew why I was there and who I was there to see. Nick (finance) helped me through my options without any pressure to upsell. Corey, the sales manager, took the time to provide real advice on my deal that showed a level of caring that goes beyond making a sale, and I should know, I negotiate contracts for a living. The team at St. Albert Dodge coming together to ensure I left satisfied with my purchase is why I am writing this review in upmost sincerity. I would recommend St. Albert Dodge to any one who wants a pleasant and human sales experience. Touch base with Cole Denton today, and if this review made you come in, mention it to him, because he will want you to leave a similar one, which I have no doubt you will.

Just wanted to give a shout out to their salesman Shannon! Purchased my first vehicle through him and he made the process very enjoyable and effortless. Shannon was extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the best truck for my needs. I would highly recommend going to see him for your next vehicle!
