We used to always bring our vehicles here with no issues. I have noticed a decline in service recently. This week we brought our truck in for an oil change, brought it home and the catalytic converter was stolen that night. I'm not sure this was a coincidence. If this happens to anyone else, I urge you to contact the RCMP.

Had a terrible experience here. I found a truck on their website that we were really interested in. So after contacting a sales rep and booking a test drive, my boyfriend and I booked a day off of work. 3 days later, we drove 3 hrs (one way) into the city to check it out. 20 minutes before our test drive appointment, the sales rep called us to let us know that the truck was not road worthy and was missing parts……. So nice of you to let us know……. We went to the dealership to go look at it anyways, they said they would pull it up front for us to look at and after standing there for 15 minutes waiting, they came out to let us know that there was no power steering in the truck at all so they couldn’t even pull it up to look at. So an entire day wasted to come look at a truck that can’t drive and we didn’t even see. Don’t let them waste your time too and just go elsewhere.

I also offered a deal that included all the repairs at a better price than we had the vehicle listed at. The people at St Albert Dodge treat you the way people are supposed to be treated at a dealership. If you are tired of filling out essays at Go Auto and being bullied into a price higher than sticker, then give St Albert Dodge a try! Friendly staff and they are not afraid to actually offer you a fair price! I will never set foot in another Go Auto! Sam and Curtis are amazing to deal with!!
