Hi Jaydon, the vehicle drop-off time (which is what is scheduled over the phone) is not a vehicle's appointment time. This is standard for any auto dealership service department, as the time the vehicle goes into the shop will depend on many factors including (but not limited to) the status of the vehicles dropped off prior to yours that are currently in the shop and their progress, time required for repair/servicing. As you can imagine, the time to repair an issue, or unforseen issue that needs to be diagnosed, will be variable with every vehicle that is in the shop. Given consideration we are servicing many vehicles in a day, it would be very difficult to give customers specific appointment time / or pick up time until the job is completed. We can only do our best "guesstimate" on any given day. We recommend to drop-off the vehicle as early as possible in the day so that it can make it in as soon as there is availability open for it's servicing that day. There are many factors that can affect the timing of when it will get into the shop (parts availability/delivery time, type of repair and/or any unforeseen issues, etc not just for your vehicle but all the other vehicles in getting serviced that day.) Hopefully this gives you a better understanding of how the scheduling works and the complexity of it all behind-the-scenes.

With regards to the Service dept, it is best to call the Service Dept desk direct at 1-855-653-3216. It is a challenge and unadvisable to give cost on a repair without first inspecting / diagnosing the issue, which usually requires the vehicle to be booked in; however, certain routine or maintenance services can be given pricing. With regards to Service Appointments, the morning drop-off time, is just that, "a drop off time" and not the actual time vehicle will be serviced. There are many variables involved that can affect the time a vehicle repair will take. Unfortunately, some vehicles do require to stay more than a day to be serviced. We understand it is an inconvenience (for anyone) but also necessary in order to get the vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible for you.
