I'll start by saying that too be honest, before I went to visit the dealership I was wary of the reviews. I thought, surely they can't be that consistently good. I can at the very least say that my experience was excellent and I wouldn't be surprised if that feeling was mutual. Normally my impression of car dealerships, especially in Calgary isn't that great. I have had a fairly sub-par experience with another dealership in Calgary. I started off by reaching out to the branch as I was interested in a Jeep. They put my in touch with Chris. I was on the fence at first as to whether they could actually make a deal work for me. I had a fairly strict budget and didn't really have much room to move on it. After discussions with Chris via email I came to the conclusion that I didn't have anything to lose. Therefore, I scheduled an appointment to go into the dealership. At this point, I wasn't expecting it to come of anything, too be honest I thought he would tell me my expectations were pretty ridiculous. But Chris was of the same mindset as I was, if we can make something work, then we will make it work. To cut a long story short, I picked out a car and then we spent an hour or two discussing prices and managed to come to a deal which we were both happy with. Then I came back in a few days later to sign the paperwork with Brittany in Finance. I have bought many cars in my life, so normally find the finance part really irritating. But Brittany was very informative and not too pushy on the extended warranty. She went over the benefits with me in detail and wasn't shoving it down my throat like some dealerships do. They even had the car detailed for me and did a fantastic job of that. The reason I doubted the other reviews before I went to speak to Chris was because not many people ever seem to say anything negative about this place. But after my experience, I don't even have one negative thing to say. It really pains me to say that and this is probably the first and last time I'll write a review and not have one negative thing to say! Therefore I have to give everybody from reception, service, sales and finance 5 stars.

I have had poor experiences at many different dodge service departments across the prairies and was looking for a new dealer to work with. The team at South Trail was understandably busy as the service they provide was by far the highest quality and best customer service experience I have received at any dodge service department!
