Shuttle issues complicated my experience.

I work a 5 minute drive from Palladino but had to wait 3 hours for a shuttle to pick me up so I could get my car.

Everything was top notch except for one minor issue. We had scheduled to pick up the vehicle but had to re-schedule a day later given that the trunk issue (rattling) was not fixed due to the part not coming in.

Traded in my car to purchase a newer one. The vehicle has more gadgets but Rob told us to call him anytime if we had questions. That's a very good thing. Lol
