Our family decided that it was time to look for a smaller vehicle. We looked around on different websites at a variety of vehicles. Since South Trail Chrysler is close to our home we thought that would be a good place to start. We were contacted by Roger and made an appointment to see him the next morning. He was very polite. On time. To the point. And we felt he tried to do his best to find us avehicle that would suit our needs and last us for a long while. He showed us a 2016 Cherokee and it didn't take long for us to sign the papers. Roger was awesome to work with. He is honest and trustworthy; and he was there to help us every step of the way. If we are in need of another vehicle and Roger's still in business... we will definitely go back to him! Thanks Roger!!

Had truck in for inspection. Service advisor was very nice and helpful. Even offered a loaner vehicle to use. However they found a reverse light out and indicated it needed replacing, which kept truck overnight. ..... I didn't believe a new (6mo old) led light would fail, so before they replaced it I tested it. Led worked. Then checked plug. Had power. Replaced it and it worked. This is something the technician should have caught/tested. It nearly cost me ordering a new light assembly and a redo of the inspection.
