I am very pleased with the whole process and the care and attention I received from everyone I dealt with. Particularly Nathan, the sales person who guided me through all the twists and turns we had to go through to get the purchase done. His ability to 'connect' with me was surprising because I'm 70 and he's in his early twenties. He listened carefully to my questions and concerns and always came back with the right answer. There were some things he didn't know which he freely admitted. He just excused himself from our meeting and came back with the answer. No BS, which I really appreciate in a sales person. He also noted that I was quite excited about getting a new car and managed to arrange delivery sooner than the anticipated date. All in all, an excellent job done.

I discovered South Trail Chrysler about 72 hours ago while doing some research on used Jeep Cherokees on the internet. While slowly driving through the lot and admiring the wide variety of vehicles, I was approached by Roger Fenez, Sales Executive. We immediately established a good rapport, he determined quickly what I was looking for, my budget, and timing. In the space of about four hours, we had made the deal on my trade-in, I went and got a bank draft, and we drove away with a 2015 Jeep Cherokee. Roger is most professional, he listens to the customer, and works hard to find the right solution. A telling point was that after the deal was done, I noticed a rock chip on the windshield that neither one of us had seen. I brought it to Roger's attention, and took the vehicle back to the shop today to have the rock chip fixed at no cost to myself. Little things matter... South Trail Chrysler is a wonderful facility - new, modern, clean, well laid out. All the personnel I came in contact with were friendly, courteous, and professional. I extend my thanks and appreciation to the management for the unique concept of South Trail. and in particular, to Roger for the help in getting me into the right vehicle. Thank you, sir!

Service advisor very helpful. Cashier pretty grouchy. Maybe it was an end of the day thing.
