Called to book my truck in for an exhaust manifold leak , was told I could bring it in the next morning . Arrived first thing in the morning to drop off my truck and was dealing with Service Advisor Matthew. Customer service was exceptional , he asked when I needed my truck back by and was sure that my truck and paperwork were completed prior to my arrival to pick it up . All in all I am happy to say after working at a couple dodge dealerships my self in the past - this one is by far the best I have been to . From excellent customer service , service done in a timely fashion and right down to a courteous shuttle driver , my first experience was seemless. This dealership deserves 5 stars and I will be sure to return.

Went in to get some service and decided to look at the jeep srt8, and talk about possibility of trading in my dodge charger srt8. Sales guy named Jake says a trade would be doable and I got scheduled to come in and discuss some deals (no time limit given, came in for 20-30 mins appointment, ended up staying for 2 plus hours!) Waisted my whole day. Told me they would only do external assessment of my car for the trade, all of a sudden I see my car driven on the street! I confront the sales representative about it, he says he never knew they would drive it. (If you dont know, who does?). They never asked me anything just straight up drove my vehicle as im waiting and nothing was communicated to me, Then i told him with a trade im looking at around 35k financed. He says he can find me a jeep low to mid 70k so I ask him can you guys do this deal he goes back and forth with the general mananger just wasting more time. I was professional and respectful, until they drove to the point, admitting that the price of the car they're offering me is $70K AFTER 15% discount, not BEFORE like 72-75k msrp minus their "15%" disocunt they advertised. Not only did they waste my time, they also made it very clear, they did not listen to anything I told them in the very beginning. If you want to waste your time and get ripped off go to this terrible dealership. I think they are trying hard to make sales due to economy and trying desperate things.

Hello Ani and thank you for sharing the details of your most recent visit with us. I am sorry you felt that we “wasted you whole day” but the process of buying a vehicle is time consuming specially when you’re dealing with a vehicle as expensive as the SRT8. The current Jeep promotion that offers 15% off the Grand Cherokee lineup is a great way of saving a substantial amount of money off this lineup specially when they retail in the high $70-80K range which explains the pricing quote you received as having the discount already applied to the it. With regards to your vehicle being driven on the road, this is a common practice for our professional appraisers to drive trade-in vehicles around the block to listen for engine noises and to evaluate overall performance so they can serve a more accurate trade-in value for your vehicle and I am sorry that Jake was unaware or didn’t explain this very well but he has only been with us for a few short weeks, so for that I apologize. Ani, I would love the opportunity to connect you directly with one of our Sales Managers so you can regain the confidence in our in-store processes and get to a car deal with someone more experienced if you’d like, just email me at rolinger@stchrysler.com to let me know your decision. Thanks, hope to talk to you soon.
