DONT BUY HERE empire auto group is a not a good dealership as I say it's BUYER BEWARE they think it's ok to sell a high mileage vehicle that is nothing bit garbage there service department never calls and if they do it's days later I have been dealing with hesham but doesn't take any of my concerns seriously as a customer even though my vehicle has had problems since day 1 and all I get is let there service team look at but service never gets a hold of me I even sent them a referral as a second chance but failed and continue to give me the run around with my vehicle they say customers are #1 which they yet to show me all they care about is selling people cars and don't stand behind what they sell if I could give a 0 star I would and as the issues keep going on my vehicle has not stopped so its BUYER BEWARE! As u see in there comment back empire just keeps giving excuses and say everything falls under regular maintenance when alot of stuff I had replaced shouldn't ha e had to be replaced bc like brakes were never done at safety they don't care about there customers they sell high mileage vehicles that are garbage I sent a referral to them and the one vehicle they had me and my referral was unsafe for a test drive dash lit up with lots of lights tires that were pretty bald brakes barely stopped and the warranty that I got covers hardly anything and for my down payment when I purchased my vehicle they did it shady and put it through as a auto repair bill that puts a second lien against my vehicle and the high interest rate and there service department never calls a customer back or if they do it's days all Empire cares about is selling as many vehicles as they can they don't care about customers as they say they do and these issues with my vehicle I contacted them months ago when the first issues started but never got back to me and they feel.happy selling high mileage vehicles and think that's ok considering how much I pay a month for my vehicle if empire cares about there customers then they should do whatever to make the customer happy not excuses as in the comments from empire they are still giving excuses anything to get them to not honour that they sold a piece of garbage of a vehicle and anything to get u into a vehicle with high mileage and if u need a down payment they put it through as a auto repair loan that is 4 years long at 29.9% so u have 2 loans to pay for the vehicle and they lie when u need a co signer they think it's ok to take advantage of customers with not so good credit

We strive to ensure that our customers are taken care of and would like to address your points. Firstly, we acknowledge that your vehicle has been driven more than 19,300 km since your purchase. It is important to recognize that the invoice you provided from November 2023 includes new winter tires and serpentine belt replacement. However, you did not approach us for these new items and repairs beforehand. Similarly, the invoice from December 2023 lists spark plugs, cabin air filter, fuel injector cleaner, and an air filter— all regular maintenance items—again completed without consulting us. The June 2024 invoice includes a new battery, rear pads and rotors, a ball joint and control arm, also without our prior knowledge. Unfortunately, we cannot cover repair costs for work performed without our authorization. Many of these items fall under regular maintenance, which is expected with a mid to high mileage vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our service department's response times. We value our customers and aim to provide timely support. As a gesture of goodwill and reminder of our commitment to customer service, we provide all our customers with 4 no cost oil changes. To date you have not taken advantage of this program, you can book an appointment by calling our dealership at 519-659-0888.
