Dealt with South trail on several occasions now. The team is strong and is doing things the right way, with expansion and customer service pleasantly in mind. Huge shout out to Alastair Seabrook who took the time to find me option, after option, after option; a true reflection of just how high South Trail and associates are raising the bar of customer service. My only regret regarding South Trail is not paying Alastair and the team a visit sooner. Thanks again

While purchasing my truck the deal was to have to roof painted because it was rusting. I was told it would be 'professionally' repaired and agreed. I dropped it off on a Monday morning, Wednesday night it was ready to be picked up. Went there and it was a complete mess. So I left it there. The next week I get a call, yep it's done and looks great. Ok, so took a quick look and the previous mess was fixed and couldn't see anything else wrong at the time because the entire roof was covered in polish compound. So I get home, wash it off and behold another shit job. They fixed one problem and created 2 more! I realize that It's not the dealerships fault because they really don't know what to look for while subbing these jobs out, but come on. I do this for a living and as far as being 'professionally' repaired that's way out in left field. The shops getting these jobs shouldn't be charging more than 100$ and I would really like to know WHO painted my truck! Because if they are calling themselves professionals with a set up shop, vehicles should not be leaving the way mine did. TWICE!
