I like to thank Rogerio Fenez for making it an amazing experience at South Trail Chrysler, best service. Had me walking out the door with my new vehicle for the family same day. I highly recommen to go ask for Rogerio and he will do his best to help you with any of your vehicle needs.

Horrible experience with Tony B and this dealership. Never experienced a situation like this ever before. Warning: DO NOT give deposit for vehicle if you intend to get it back. Once given they will not return it no matter the circumstance.

I did not purchase my truck from this dealership however, I took it here for some warranty work, sunroof, map lights & key fob. I was treated like a long time customer. All the staff including the shuttle driver were very pleasant. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. They called me when my truck was ready and they explained to me over the phone what was completed. They never tried to up sell me on anything. I have to admit I was shocked about how pleasant my experience was with this dealership. Best dealership experience I have encountered!

Trustworthy, and meticulous service. In dealing with Phil the service manager, I was nervous about dealerships after troubles elsewhere. Phil (and all the staff) put all my fears to rest and proved that they are the best in town. Flawless work, careful and conscientious the whole time.. And a beautiful and comfortable new facility as well. I will return and recommend them confidently.. Seriously, go there!
