Regular servicing done & car is running beautifully. Also booked the auto spa & my vehicle is immaculate now - what a great job!

This was my first time coming to Honda, as we recently purchased a used Honda Pilot. I liked that they vacuumed and washed our car! I didn’t find the service to be overly friendly and as a newcomer, it wasn’t all that straight forward, where I was supposed to go or who I was to talk with. I kept being passed back and forth between employees. They also had no record of a part my husband purchased a month back, and so now we are having to turn the house upside down to hopefully find the receipt. I am not overly excited to return.

Daniel Sak made my purchase of my new CRV seamless and a very positive experience. He listens to his client and makes the deal happen for them. When I thought I had an issue the day I bought my CRV he contacted me immediately to have the CRV brought in and arranged for an appointment with mechanics first thing in the morning the next day on a Sunday. I have already recommended Dan to a friend in the Vancouver area and will recommend him to anyone in need of a Honda.
