They are so shady. They forced us to sign some papers without telling us that its already a bill of sale. They told us it was only a form for "pre-approval" only. They had us also to deposit 1k to hold the unit, which they said would be refundable if we go with the purchase or not. We did not advise them that we would be getting a car because we were only looking for a quotation. In the end we decided not to go with the purchase because we are not rushing to buy a vehicle and we prefer to look around more. We were approved by the financing team. When we wanted our deposit back, they said they cant give it back. And they were forcing us to take the car. Never sign any papers. And take your time when deciding to purchase.

Terrible service! I am not one to complain but I felt this was necessary. Tony B gave me false promises on the delivery of my new truck. They owed me a detail because it wasn't detailed on delivery which I agreed to, but now that I'm trying to get the truck in, he said he'd get me in no problem and take care of it. I still haven't heard back from him from a week ago. He also promised to tint my front windows to seal the deal because it wasn't the exact truck I was trying to get into, and when it came time for that he said "it wasn't in the budget". Bottom line is I would never recommend this dealership, as soon as the papers were signed he didn't care because the deal was done.

Have had a few problems with my tonnaue cover dodge has been very helpful. Matthew sheppard brown by far has neen the nicest and most helpful service guy ive dealt with.

Brad Shannon was a gem to work with!!!! He had product knowledge, was so easy going and when there were questions he didn't know the answer to (on our first to arrive hybrid) he was quick to find one! This entire dealership was full of friendly smiles and the kids area was amazing to entertain my kids while we looked. Danielle gave a perfect go over of the car at delivery! And this new Pacifica hybrid is AMAZING!!!!! Looking forward to my first service to get my nails done! Love this dealership and our experience we had purchasing. We will be recommending them & Brad to everyone! Side note- Vending machines have Vanilla Coke- go get one & leave with a minivan!!!! 😜

As usual, the service department went above and beyond. Matthew and the team were courteous and professional and even honored an agreement for a discount on my brake job despite the fact that I couldn't produce the email in which it had been offered after my first visit. I've been in several times since they opened and have always been impressed with the care they take with their clients and their vehicles.
