Purchased a used truck from southtrail a couple weeks back. Roger Fenez and Alistair helped me throughout the whole process from start to finish. Answered every question I had and made the process easy. Would come back certainly or recommend anyone

Nathan and Thomas treated me with the utmost respect which made my truck purchase experience an enjoyable one. I had other options as I had visited a few other dealerships but it was my visit with Nathan and Thomas that made me choose South Trail Chrysler as my dealership of choice. They were honest and listened to my needs in choosing a new vehicle. They went above and beyond to accommodate exactly what I was looking for. The staff even babysat our puppies while we went for a treat drive! I will highly recommend South Trail Chrysler. Thanks Nathan and Thomas!

I usually have bad experiences with dealership service teams but with my two experiences with Phil Mitchell at South Trail Chrystler I have encountered someone who really cares and who charges a fair price for only what needs to be done. I feel like I'm taken care of and that he had integrity. I hope that this is an ongoing thing and that these are qualities of his entire team as it is a great feeling to have a dealership I can trust. I will be returning for all my car needs because of these experiences - thanks Phil!

I feel like I'm taken care of and that he had integrity. Second time for a service and it felt like I was treated honestly. Although we couldn't recreate the problem the service manager took the time to go for a drive with me to try and get it to happen. Didn't charge me for the time they took to try and diagnose the issue. I will definitely be a return customer.

They are so shady. They forced us to sign some papers without telling us that its already a bill of sale. They told us it was only a form for "pre-approval" only. They had us also to deposit 1k to hold the unit, which they said would be refundable if we go with the purchase or not. We did not advise them that we would be getting a car because we were only looking for a quotation. In the end we decided not to go with the purchase because we are not rushing to buy a vehicle and we prefer to look around more. We were approved by the financing team. When we wanted our deposit back, they said they cant give it back. And they were forcing us to take the car. Never sign any papers. And take your time when deciding to purchase.
