First of all, everyone at the facility we came into contact with was amazing. Every single person greeted us with a friendly smile and were more than willing to help and/or direct us in the exact direction we needed to go! Yannick (sales) and Chad (finance) made my experience at south trail beyond amazing. I started looking at jeep wranglers in okotoks at the dealership there as I wanted to buy local, but as a mid-20's female I wasn't treated like the sales people expected me to seriously buy a Jeep from them. The sales guy I had there leaned back and told me the price was the the price and that's jeeps basically "sell themselves" so aka sucks to suck for me. Every time I tried to list off everything I wanted in my vehicle (seriously I'd done so much research before going in I knew more than the sales guy there) the sales guy kept interrupting me with avoidance-type answers very typical of a shady sales guy/politician. And to boot, the guy promised to look around for my perfect jeep and NEVER even called me back! What a joke! So after a harrowing experience in okotoks we stopped by south trail on our way home and I was immediately greeted in the parking lot. Yannick was awesome, he listened and recorded every single thing I wanted in my vehicle and we found the perfect one. He was polite, patient, hilarious and just the right amount of confident/sarcastic. He made sure I was helped every single step of the way and got me a great deal ALONG with great customer service. Chad was equally great to deal with, and he was equally as friendly (also hilarious) as Yannick! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best service and even got my plates and registration together before I even arrived to pick up the vehicle! Having experience/knowledge of car sales as well as general sales, these two were by far the most proficient people I had come across thus far. I even flat out told Yannick that, of all the sales people I had dealt with thus far, I wanted to give HIM my business. Everyone at the dealership took me seriously and treated me like a customer, not like some mid-20's dimwit girl who was just looking at vehicles for the fun of it. While I usually like to stay as local as I can with purchases, I am SO happy I went into the city to check these guys out. Ive recommended them to everyone I talk to and will continue to do so, as well as continue to take my future business there.

I was looking for a good used car and spoke to Nathan Walker at South Trail Chrysler. Nathan found a 2010 Mazda that suited me perfectly at a reasonable price. He was attentive and responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the process. In the end, he was patient (I did not feel rushed to make a quick decision) and he made sure all my concerns were addressed prior to delivery of the vehicle. I would buy from Nathan at South Trail again and recommend him highly to anyone looking for a good used or new vehicle. Thanks Nathan!
