I usually have bad experiences with dealership service teams but with my two experiences with Phil Mitchell at South Trail Chrystler I have encountered someone who really cares and who charges a fair price for only what needs to be done. I feel like I'm taken care of and that he had integrity. I hope that this is an ongoing thing and that these are qualities of his entire team as it is a great feeling to have a dealership I can trust. I will be returning for all my car needs because of these experiences - thanks Phil!

Second time for a service and it felt like I was treated honestly. Although we couldn't recreate the problem the service manager took the time to go for a drive with me to try and get it to happen. Didn't charge me for the time they took to try and diagnose the issue. I will definitely be a return customer.

They are so shady. They forced us to sign some papers without telling us that its already a bill of sale. They told us it was only a form for "pre-approval" only. They had us also to deposit 1k to hold the unit, which they said would be refundable if we go with the purchase or not. We did not advise them that we would be getting a car because we were only looking for a quotation. In the end we decided not to go with the purchase because we are not rushing to buy a vehicle and we prefer to look around more. We were approved by the financing team. When we wanted our deposit back, they said they cant give it back. And they were forcing us to take the car. Never sign any papers. And take your time when deciding to purchase.

Terrible service! I am not one to complain but I felt this was necessary. Tony B gave me false promises on the delivery of my new truck. They owed me a detail because it wasn't detailed on delivery which I agreed to, but now that I'm trying to get the truck in, he said he'd get me in no problem and take care of it. I still haven't heard back from him from a week ago. He also promised to tint my front windows to seal the deal because it wasn't the exact truck I was trying to get into, and when it came time for that he said "it wasn't in the budget". Bottom line is I would never recommend this dealership, as soon as the papers were signed he didn't care because the deal was done.

Have had a few problems with my tonnaue cover dodge has been very helpful. Matthew sheppard brown by far has neen the nicest and most helpful service guy ive dealt with.
