They lied to us and ripped us off, the sales manager attacked us and called us a liar and then denied calling us liars. Tim the sales person also lied to us

Bought 2 cars. Amanda is an excellent sales person. Great experience and got amazing trade in value on my Honda Pilot. Have an Atlas and a Golf...both great vehicles...Follow up - just bought a Tiguan from Amanda - great experience - would recommend.

If you are looking to trade in your car, this may not be the best dealership. I had been offered 2500$ for my car at three different dealerships until this one. They didn't look up the model/year in any system or inspect my car, they simply looked out the window and offered me 500, firm. They followed up later and I told them another VW dealerhsip had offered me 2500$ (and better service) and now they said they would match that offer. I'm not sure if they assumed because I was young/a woman I wouldn't know my car's value but it was a very disappointing experience.
