Second time to this location to get servicing. The express lane is no express lane. Took 2 hours to get an basic oil change and tire rotation. My jeep was left with their garbage in it (did this last time as well) Also they say free car wash with every service. Was promised both times and both times it was not washed even with them asking me if I wanted it washed. I would not recommend this location for service.

Simply getting a quote is mission impossible with this dealership. Called them 4 times left 2 messages on answering machine, no any feedback within a week. Very disappointing.
