Other dodge dealers have been a negative experience for me, south trail has been nothing but amazing every time. Worth the drive.

i will not do business here again . The manager is very unprofessional and rude . Whether you buy a new or used vehicle treat the customer with respect listen to the customer. I had to make too many trips to the dealer to pick up my truck .. when all 3 times it wasn't ready . They lack communication there ..

I like this dealership, so far I've had a good experience. I did not buy my Jeep here but I take it here to swap and store my tires. They have a really nice waiting area with lots of amenities including a hair salon. The wait every time I change my tires is about 1.5 to 2 hours. I use to change the tires myself and it would take me about the same time, but I got tired of moving the tires in and out of the storage. The staff here is really nice and helpful. I haven't had a bad experience so far. ***Update*** it's been about a year since I started visiting this dealership and they do not disappoint me. I normally called other places to compare prices for things I need done and they honestly have competitive prices as I always end up going there.

Got an amazing deal and salesman Nathan Walker is the guy you want to deal with. He works hard to earn your business . No pressure tactics. Very friendly and accommodating.
