Very happy with the vehicle I got (pre-owned GMC) and think I ended up with a reasonable price. The service was good and there was always someone to help but just felt a bit superficial sometimes. First car I have ever bought from a dealership. Experience was about what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less.

Went in today for an oil change. The service advisor was rude. He was too preoccupied with his sports drink to answer my questions and grunted at me for an answer. Was told it would take an hour. It took 90 minutes with no explanation for the delay. Then, I posted a note on twitter explaining my displeasure with this experience, and your team sent me a note disregarding my complaint and inviting me to follow them on instagram! What a joke. Definitely won't be back.

This dealership is simply Wow! I was contacted by Roger after inquiring about a Jeep. He showed me the vehicle and spent the time with me without pressuring at all to buy. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would absolutely recommend this dealership for a totally different, by that I mean PLEASANT, experience. Ask to see ROGER.

Hi my name is Michele (Black) Yellow Fly and I would just like to post my experience @ South Trail Chrysler under the Big Canadian flag. I have been to other dealerships, but this place was outstanding. There were places to sit, wide open spaces, vehicles were inside, and much to my surprise there was even a hair salon. The staff were the best and speaking about staff, I would just like to say my car dealer Roger Fenez, was the best, never have I seen such team work. When something did'nt work out they found it. For example my payment plan. Once again if your looking for a vehicle new or used, visit this dealership and ask for Roger Fenez. He will help you until you get what you want. I have already sent one friend there and she had nothing to say but that Roger Fenez was the best, and a big hug to me for sending her there, check it out. :)
