Hi my name is Michele (Black) Yellow Fly and I would just like to post my experience @ South Trail Chrysler under the Big Canadian flag. I have been to other dealerships, but this place was outstanding. There were places to sit, wide open spaces, vehicles were inside, and much to my surprise there was even a hair salon. The staff were the best and speaking about staff, I would just like to say my car dealer Roger Fenez, was the best, never have I seen such team work. When something did'nt work out they found it. For example my payment plan. Once again if your looking for a vehicle new or used, visit this dealership and ask for Roger Fenez. He will help you until you get what you want. I have already sent one friend there and she had nothing to say but that Roger Fenez was the best, and a big hug to me for sending her there, check it out. :)

The salesman Roger Fenez has gone above and beyond what is usally expected of any sales staff. His personality is wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. If I have any problems he treats me with respect and honestly. When it's time for an upgrade I will be going back to see Roger and the rest of the staff. Working with Roger Fenez at South Trail Chrysler was a very good experience . He was able to find the truck I was looking for and get the truck ready for me to use for work . Roger Fenez then had the truck delivered to us in Grande Prairie AB, I did have a small problem with the Xpel wrap on one door and South Trail Chrysler had it replaced when I was in Edmonton with no hassle

Went in to South Trail Chrysler with no intention to purchase a new car.... But after the amazing service from not only my sales associate Paul Read but also the rest of the team in finance and management. They worked extremely hard to get me best value for my trade in vehicle as well as work with my monthly budget for my new car payment! I am the proud new owner of a 2015 Dodge Durango and could not be more happy with my experience! For anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle I highly recommend South Trail Chrysler. Paid 150$ to get a mechanic to pretty much tell me what the problem I figured was causing my truck to not blow heat into my windshield. Was advised it was a broken blend door and it was going to cost me over $2000.00 to replace. I called a friend who worked as a mechanic at Audi for 10 years to check it out. He replaced a 60$ plastic actuator with me in about a hour. Did your mechanic even look at the problem??I don't get it...It wasn't enough what I paid 6 years ago for the truck? And when I called Chrysler up they told me I missed the recall by a month from when my truck was made. I Was going to buy a Challenger soon here but not anymore. I will take my money elsewhere..Stay clear of this Stealership

Best car buying experience to date! Went in just to look but purchased a new vehicle. No pressure sales and gave me lots of thinking time. Fair deal on trade in. Been to their service bays before and likewise had great service, lovely waiting space with Tv and coffee bar. Need a great salesman ask for Roger!
