Always a pleasure to come in and get my service work done and not be pressured by salespeople. There fast and courtesy I'd recommend anyone to come get your work done here.

I went here this week for a 48,000km service on my minivan & oil change. While I was there I asked for a second opinion on a problem that I was advised from a previous dealer was "nothing to worry about" and was not a warranty issue. The previous dealer seemed far more interested in upselling expensive maintenance work that did not need to be done that investigating a warranty claim. In dealing with Mathew at the service desk at South Trail Chrysler, his team was able to identify warranty work that needed doing and I had 0 upsell of work that was not required. Suffice to say I will be returning here for all my future maintenance.

If i could give this dealer a 0/5 rating I would!! This dealership upholds the term GREASY CAR SALESMEN. We were looking to trade in a vehicle and told three people there that my boyfriend and I were only shopping around, and that we were currently test-driving a trail hawk from another dealer. We let all 3 people that night know we were trying to lower our current payment of $280 biweekly. They discussed getting us going for around $305 biweekly in a trail hawk, but we stated to them many times that evening (with a witness present) we were only looking, and we needed to lower payments to something less than $280 biweekly, and we weren’t going to rush into anything and would need at least the evening to go over our financials before we even considered a deal. Well, we were tricked into signing a document that night; we were told that what we were signing was not a bill of sale, it was simply the numbers discussed that night and the deposit we were giving was 100% refundable as we were taking the SUV overnight (seems logical they needed a deposit if we were taking their vehicle) so we took their word that the $1000 deposit would be returned when we brought the vehicle back (again we had a witness to all of this). Took the vehicle back the following evening told them we couldn’t make the $305 biweekly work and we would be coming back in the summer to revaluate and maybe look at other options. At which time, we were told they were keeping our $1000 deposit because we signed an agreement. We argued with multiple people that night that we were told it was an offer for the things we discussed, not an agreement to which our deposit would not be refunded. As we made it VERY clear throughout the evening we needed time to think about things. We were given the impression the deposit was for the vehicle being in our possession, not for a deal put in place. After a huge blow up in the dealership that evening over them keeping our “refundable deposit”, they somehow got their best offer of $305 biweekly down to $278 biweekly. Funny, $27 biweekly less than what they proposed. They refused to give me their AMVIC license number and were condescending with us and said go ahead, take us to court, it would cost you more money than the deposit. Spoke with the manager who eventually agreed to give me $500 of my $1000 back, which is still NOT ACCEPTABLE. Never in my life have I heard of a deposit not being refundable but these guys are amazing at screwing people over on paperwork and taking peoples hard earned money. These guys are bullies and I don’t suggest doing business with these guys and if you choose to, don’t sign ANYTHING. Hope this finds a manager higher up who is actually willing to do the right thing in this scenario. Because as it stands now I will not send anyone I know to them nor will I be doing business with them.

Hello Brittany, While we encourage and appreciate our customers leaving online reviews for our business, we noticed that your recollection of events did not match ours. That being said and respecting the privacy laws and your personal information, we chose to not post our side of the story. One thing we can agree on is that you chose to escalate this matter with AMVIC and after a full third party independent investigation, that entity sided with this dealership and awarded us to keep your deposit in full. It’s worth mentioning that it was in a gesture of good faith that we offered to return you half of your deposit when we didn’t have to. We value every single customer and are not “bullies” as you characterized us in your post. We have a strong online review rating and were more than willing to work with you to get this resolved, so it wasn’t for the lack of us trying. We also feel that it is important to defend ourselves from unfounded claims just because you were upset with your vehicle purchase. --South Trail Chrysler Management

Beautiful dealership! Roger was incredible with helping me into my new vehicle. He was very patient with me and discussed everything thoroughly. Darrin made the financing aspect super easy and I'm SO happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough about this dealership. My experience was a bit out of the ordinary, the staff had no obligation to help me - however they immediately made me feel at home. Long story short, I ran out of gas as I was rolling into their parking lot. I went to the service desk and the ladies working there were more than happy to help! Within about 10 minutes someone brought me enough gas to get to the station. The building is spotless. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Great job South Trail, service like this simply doesn't exist anymore. Thank you!
