Brought for service to investigate low level of coolant fluid in radiaitor and signs of leakage on snow

I was well taken care of, from entering the driveway of Palladino a gentleman took my vehicle and parked it in the service area, then I walked directly to a service advisor and was greeted by Tamara in a friendly, courteous way. She told me what services were being done today and ensured my concerns were looked into by the technician. I was quickly shuttled off to work. I received a call well within the agreed upon pick up time and again, Tamara greeted me in a friendly, courteous fashion.

My appointment time was kept on time. They went above and beyond to install a battery so I could get back to work. The mechanic delayed his lunch so he could install it for me.

Great first service experience

I just took my Pilot in for its first service appointment and I could not have been happier with my experience from start to finish. Beginning with the valet service where I was greeted by a young man who took my car (great idea by the way - I was so relieved to not have to navigate that parking lot again) to dealing with Dan at the service department desk who was extremely friendly and courteous, and to the lovely coffee machine and waiting area I could not have been more impressed overall. My car was serviced promptly and I was on my way in under an hour. If my future appointments are like this, then I certainly would say I am even happier with my choice to buy a Honda.

Car wouldn't start, turns out I needed a new battery.

My car wouldn't always start and often needed a boost. Brought it in to see why. My appointment was made quickly for the day after I called. Turns out I needed a new battery. It was installed fairly quickly for around $165 total.

THE BEST service I have EVER received. He was very thorough in all dealings with him. There were a couple of issues after the purchase was made and he was prompt in making sure things were taken care of. There is one person there that needs an attitude adjustment. She works at the service counter, she is older shoulder length brown hair. She sits closer to the door to get into the garage. I wait to be served by someone else if she is working, she is always rude and looks like she does not want to be there.
