Rob is knowledgable and easy to deal with. I had to order my car 5 months before it came out and Rob was great when it came to questions I had and the overall purchasing experience. My second vehicle with Honda and I am more than pleased with my purchase.

Went in for an oil change and waited. Completely courteous, offered beverages while waiting, friendly atmosphere, great service. It took exactly the amount of time they had described to me.

Had standard service performed and that was fine. However, the problem with our entertainment console buttons falling off garnered questions about whether or not we tried to glue them back on or otherwise tampered with the unit. Have been a long time Palladino customer and found the lack of trust in our responses concerning. My wife left messages for the service advisor with additional information and requested a call back a few times with no follow up. First time any issues with this dealer.

As soon as I drove in the young man was there to take the SUV and I did not have to wait long. I am a senior and I haven't had to do anything with the care of a vehicle before and I was nervous to bring my vehicle in but it was a good experience. Thank Y.ou
