My TPMS light came on on my way to Sault Ste Marie,, upon my return I took it in to the dealershio where it was checked and explained very clearly to me why it was on. Felt very relieved there was no problem.

I was squeezed in at the last moment as I didn't have an appointment. I was looked after immediately and had a very short wait time. I am very appreciative of the service I was given.

As we walked towards the service counter Bradley greated us. He presented us with recommendations without being pushy (which we very much appreciate). He has a nice, pleasant and polite personality.

When we went to Honda Palladino we felt that we didn't have much hope for a new Honda H CRV Suv .When Matt and the rest of the crew all got together and put numbers on the table and Denis making his phone calls well they made it happen..I was unbelievable ..All I could say No Way and Denis would Way..Wow!!! felt like we won a Lottery. Thanks Palladinao crew but much Thanks to Matt and Denis for making you could say a dream come true..We will well recommended!!!

When I arrived I was greeted right away by staff in the parking area. Once I entered the dealership the service advisor helped me right away and was very friendly. I was offered a beverage and was given an estimated time of when my vehicle would be ready. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

I had an app. For 10:30 in the morning, 2hours later I was out but what got me was I was in for an oil change and to change the insert on the wiper . Was not impressed ask the service guy what was the hold up said couldn't find the tech guy. After this the service guy didn't charge me for the oil change but still no impressed. So just to say my experience that time was good just to let you know Carmen
