Sales guy was good but their sales management was brutal! We asked for solid numbers and a appraisal for trading my truck and they didn't want to give me an appraisal...kinda hard to move forward in buying a vehicle without some solid numbers, also when the sales manager tried explaining how they estimate worked he treated us like we were children and didn't know what an estimate was. They thought we were going to take the price and bring it to another dealership to beat and that was not the case at all.... what a joke I feel bad for the front end sales guy there

Hello Joe, Thank you for your feedback regarding the experience that occurred when you visited our store on the weekend. At the time, we were under the impression that you didn’t intend on doing business with South Trail Chrysler because you had a good friend that worked at another dealership in Calgary. We try to accommodate all of our customer’s requests but we reserve the right to limit the flow of information in this competitive market. We apologise if this came across the wrong way as that was not our intention. We have no problem providing payment options and prices to all prospects that come in the store so that they can make the right decision for their budget...people couldn’t purchase a vehicle without knowing roughly what it will cost them! We have learned that by giving solid numbers down to the penny prior to getting a commitment from someone it creates an unfair advantage to our competition if in fact we don’t get a deal done. As a family of 2 young girls, we needed to upgrade to a larger vehicle to accomodate what comes with them. Tony Harrar was a huge help in getting us in to the right vehicle for us. The staff here are amazing and the facility itself is second to none (the kids play area was perfect!). From our first visit to driving away with our vehicle we never felt any pressure... they just wanted what was best for us. Thanks again Tony!
