What a great facility! We had the pleasure of meeting with Aaron Kerluke when we attended South Trail. He was attentive, polite and he actually listened to what we had to say! A pleasure to deal with, I would recommend him every time! Thank you Aaron!

Aaron Kerluke, one of the salesmen, is the most personable representative I have dealt with at any dealership. He is genuinely interested in getting to know his clients and ensures they have a positive experience. When talking to Aaron you feel like a person having a conversation with another person, not a customer talking to a salesman. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend stopping by South Trail Chrysler and talking to Aaron.

Pretty good experience all round. Went in just looking to see what I could get for a trade in with my truck, spoke with Brad who was great in explaining everything and doing what he could to get me a great deal. I ended up getting more than I expected for my truck and traded it in for a brand new one. Brad worked with me every step of the way and I've recommended him and South Trail Chrysler to anyone that will listen. All the staff I met there were great and very helpful.

I was there last month and the service guy who was supposed to serve me thinks he is the QUEEN of that place or what. We had horrible experience and that AARON guy said he will book an appointment in three weeks later, we called on the morning of our appointment to check the time and they said u have no appointment with us. Still no clue what happened there but i guess thats how they normally take care of their customers.

Spent a lot of money on a truck & they are nickeldiming me over Sat Nav. It's 21st Century. Google Maps are free, most up to date from all navigation systems on the market yet they are forcing clients to buy separate $600 download to fit within their program. Shame on them making customers think it has GPS built in while they rip them off later after the purchase. I was a huge fan of Dodge. We bought 1500 RAM in 2013. Now I leased 2017 Model & am so mad with this dealership over this petty messing me around. Not only I will not ever purchase anything from this dealership in the future, I will not get a Dodge next time either. … Since I posted this review, the folks at the South Trail Chrysler promptly reached out to me and I am happy to say that they worked with us to get the issue resolved. I am now super happy with South Trail Chrysler and would like to say to anyone who’s reading this post that this dealership actually cares about their customers. I have since changed my 1-star review to a full 5-stars and we’re delighted with our new 2017 Dodge RAM 1500, I have tons of room in the back for my child & passengers, my truck heats up faster & remains warm & cozy, even my steering wheel is heated!! We took the truck home the same day. Came back 2 days later to have additional items installed. My 22 month old son loves the playroom area, so waiting becomes a pleasant play time experience for both of us. I appreciate the length this dealership went especially after purchase to keep my family happy. I am a customer for life!
