I contacted South Trail Chrysler to purchase a new vehicle, I was recommended to talk to Luke Dickison about my new purchase from a close friend. Upon contact he was more than helpful and set me up with Brad Shannon as my sales associate, couldn't have been happier with Brad and Luke's assistance. I told them exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay and they took care of all my needs in a quick professional matter. Will never deal with another dealership again, all future purchases will be with Brad and Luke at SouthTrail. Want to thank them again for showing me what great customer service truly means.

Bought my 2016 Ram from Brad Shannon about a month ago. I highly recommend Brad, he was honest and professional the whole way ! I definitely recommend Brad and South Trail. Overall great experience

They sold my mom a vehicle with a cracked bumper. It's winter, if it's 5pm or later, it's dark outside. The test drive and delivery of the car was all done in the dark. The next day, before even having the car registered is when we noticed it. Went to look at the photos online of the car, sure enough, it's visible when you look for it. It's been like pulling teeth trying to have this issue resolved. Being passed from one person to another, and they've fired our car salesman so now we're left trying to figure out who's going to help us with this, as every time we get someone on the phone, they pass the buck. Just annoyed all around.

The service team is honest and accessible and I would recommend them above any of the other Fiat dealerships in town. Keep up the good work!

The first time we came here for oil change and installed mutt flap ( which installed wrong ) , the service adviser lie to us about everything and installation was all wrong , after several argument with the service advisor, had to complained to the manager on the following Monday . The service manager had it all sort out and reinstalled the mutt flaps . Today , I was coming for the fast oil change , was the second person pulled in the garage , but here for almost 2 hours , everyone after us were done and long gone .
