Very poor. Service adviser treated me like I know nothing. I needed lock nuts removed she was adamant that they need to be cut off. As I had experience with this in the past I knew there is a tool for this. She argued that I was wrong. I mentioned this to the sales representative and he went and talked to mechanic who indeed has said tool. People in this position should be more educated or at the lest accept they may not know every thing and review a new topic to learn before trashing the customer. Very poor experience.

First time at Roy Nichols and was very pleased! Though we had a slight issue with a warranty registration, they honored everything up front and then waited for confirmation of the warranty after the fact; not sure many dealerships would have done that these days! Glad to be a new customer!
