I never trusted a car salesman until I bought at Roy Nichols. They give you straight and honest answers. To date I have bought and sold 6 cars from them. Their service is exemplary. I won’t go to another dealer.

We had an unforeseeable problem with our vehicle rmon the first day of a 4 week road trip. The Nichol's dealership prioritized our needs and got us on our way in a matter of hours. Wonderful staff. Very courteous and - dare I say - very caring Highly recommended.

I am super picky so when my car was damaged in our recent ice storm, I was very nervous about the repair. Upon pick up, no one, I mean NO ONE, had a better drive! The collision center was fanstastic, my car came back in great shape. The manager was outstanding, went out of her way to ensure my questions were answered. When I got the car back there was a small detail overlooked which was quickly fixed and they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with everything.

Nothing but excellent service and staff at this dealership! Bought a Chevy Equinox two years ago and had the car serviced three times for seasonal change. All service appointments were quick and highly professional. Kudos to my service advisor Gord and his team!!!
