I am so happy with the service I received from Brad in the Service Department. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I usually drop my car off very early and Brad has everything organized and ready. I am always accommodated with a loaner which I appreciate very much. But of most importance is my most recent visit. I have been having some recurring issues with my tires and excessive noise. Brad went above and beyond in seeking out solutions and options for me and provided a reasonable option that worked and was cost effective for me , all which has ensured that I continue to enjoy my beautiful (and fast ) Lexus. PS. He also helped me sync my new phone to my car (Bonus!!!!) Thank you so much Brad and Tony Graham Lexus for the amazing service.

We picked up our Lexus NX300 today. Given that it had a previous owner, it came to us beautifully cleaned and detailed, and waiting for us in the showroom with a gorgeous bow on it. We were very pleased! Our salesman, Dwayne Neilson, was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and extremely pleasant - a pleasure to deal with; there were no high-pressure sales tactics. We highly recommend him. Tony Graham Lexus not only met but exceeded our expectations.

Brought my car for service on Monday April 21 st for a tire replacement. Service was promptly completed by April 22 with car being nice and clean and properly serviced.
