I was very impressed with the service and in- depth knowledge of my sales agent Tan Vo. He provided answers to all my questions as i started my search for a new car. The no pressure sales approach was appreciated. After visiting 3-4 other dealerships, i returned to Tony Graham Lexus. Tan readily got the car stationed in front for my test drive. The negotiation process was not "painful" and all the paperwork was efficiently processed. Tan even changed his day off to accommodate my schedule. Thank you!

I am new to Lexus and I am very happy with my experience! Earlier this month I had a service appointment and winter tire package installation. Due to a miscommunication (which I’m positive was my fault) we discovered that my appointment did not include the tire installation. The service centre was extremely quick to rectify the situation - located the necessary items and parts and installed package within hours even though they had zero notice. I was just thrilled.
