I have been in Automotive Sales over 40 years, never have I experienced such a terrible sales experience. Our third Mazda purchased from this dealership and now under New ownership it is terrible. From initial Salesperson trying to show us a Mazda 3 that was a 5 speed not even close to what we wanted, to your Sales manager Daniel telling me that the $1000.00 loyalty was actually only $500.00 ( I found out on delivery from another Sales Manager that he his it in the trade ) NOT disclosed to us. ( I had the letter your Company sent to my home showing a $1000.00 loyalty program plus $200.00 for test drive ) What kind of business are you running here? No wonder dealers get the bad rap!! On delivery...not only was the salesperson not there, nor the Sales Manager Daniel, they had to find someone to do a half assed delivery..No Books for the car, no chip for the GPS and then we get home and find we didn't get the ownership for the New car we just purchased...( some excuse that the ministry screwed up) WTH !!! Good Luck in London Folks..I wish you well..not for me anymore !

I have ALWAYS had amazing service here. Gor years I have been buying my cars here and get it serviced only here. Charlie has sold me all my cars and always taken care of me. And I think the mechanics name is Roco, has gone above and beyond taking time to explain things to me as well as taking my car in early so I can make it to work. Good service goes a long way, I'll continue to be a long time client.
