Took my son here to look for a vehicle and was terrible to deal with. Vehicles are over priced for nothing and promise stuff with cars and you don’t receive them.

Charlie was respectful and got to know us on a personal level to meeting our needs!

We had a very positive experience with Charlie who showed us all of our options with respect and he got to know us on a personal level and helped us find what we were looking for! However, when we purchased the vehicle, we were told we would be contacted by the financial manager about multiple things (whether credit was approved, about insurance / to set up our insurance, etc.) and I never got a call. I had to be the one to set up my own insurance in the end, and we never did hear back from Mazda about it when I asked for a phone call about confirmation. That was disappointing, but in the end it all worked out and we are very satisfied with our new vehicle!
