Tire change oil change

It was alright. I was supposed to get my tires changed on sale and they charged me normal price. They couldnt refund me my moneu.

Always A+ customer service every time I bring my Ridgeline in for a service. From the ladies who call to remind me of my appointment to Kara at the service desk with her smile and nice personality...even at 7:30 in the morning, right down to the friendly shuttle drivers. My experiences always leave me feeling like a valued customer. Thank you Team Palladino:)

My first choice was an Audi with an accord next since I owned one many years ago and it was a wonderful car, The reason I went with Honda was because of your service and all around dealership. The Audi salesman was not helpful at all and I wanted a dealer to backup my purchase as well as have a salesman I could call and I could count on. Matt was very informative with the accord.

I had a great experience at Palladino Honda. The car I bought was set at a fair price. Jason my sales associate was knowledgable and friendly. Denis the finance guy was straightforward but not pushy. Overall I wouldn't change a thing.

I very much enjoyed the experience of buying a car from Jason. He was friendly and knowledgable but did not apply the usual salesman pressures. I feel like I got my vehicle at a great price and also received fair value for my trade-in. I would happily buy another car from Paladino.
