I was happy dealing with the sales team, Jason Ball was very friendly aned helped me find the vehicle I was looking for.

Found the staff and management helpful. Regarding the detailing of the vehicle I purchased , I would liked to have seen more time and care, and effort cleaning the engine compartment, and interior of the vehicle.

we are from out of town so I taught it would be more complicated, but it was not! Did most of the arrangement trews email, Got there at 9;45 am Monday morning and all ready to go by 11 am! Great and fast service nice peoples! Best car dealership experience ever! We love the CRV!! Will be going back, that for sure!!

Jay was a great salesperson! He listened to our needs and was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. After almost being 99% sure that we were going to buy a Toyota, we went to Honda just for due diligence. Jay made sure that we left with a Honda and we are so happy he did!

Rob was great to deal with! I requested quotes from quite a few northern Ontario dealerships and Rob is the only one that followed up with me on a regular basis to see how he could be of assistance. Palladino Honda was exceptionally accommodating and made sure I was taken care of at every step of the process. Looking forward to dealing with Rob again in the future.
