Oil Change

Went for an oil change. Counter person was very friendly. She was personable and expedient. The maintenance team went above and beyond by resetting my tire pressure.

vehicle was ready prior to promised time. there was a call back for the transmission and this was also properly fixed. the service attendant made you feel comfortable. very likeable.

I have been a Toyota owner for the past 25 years and was reluctant to switch brands. I am so very pleased with all aspects of my new purchase of my Honda CRV. The entire process was flawless. We were treated like royalty from the minute we walked in the door to the time I drove off the lot. Jay and Denis made the experience exciting and fun. I felt that we were informed of all options but never felt pressured into buying anything I wasn't interested in. Well done!

Brough my car in for a type B1 service and all work was completed to a high standard. I was also made aware of issues that were pending like a worn belt and the power steering fluid would need to be changed.

Very positive review. Special thanks to Amanda Z. Start to finish: The parking lot was quite crowded; could designate areas for customer parking or have more obvious signage. Kudos, however, to those parking attendants. Front desk was very friendly and helpful even when they were on the phone. Waiting area and building in general was spotless. The website is organized and well done; making searching for vehicles with sales rep’ (or online) straightforward and effortless. All vehicles were immaculate inside and out. Test drive route was short but longer drives I’m sure could have been made at my request. Amanda knew about each vehicle and anything not known (i.e. regular vs. premium gas) she would either research or ask around. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. Final purchase was painless. Palladino Honda’s promise seems unmatched. Follow-up phone call was a nice touch. All in all, when purchasing a used vehicle I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are, however, quite busy with steady vehicle turn over so be ready ahead of time of what you’d like (make, year, model, price) and capitalize when one pops up as it might not be there in a few days. Thanks again.
