Went in for an oil change but a more serious problem was diagnosed. Repair was done very quickly. I noticed a definite improvement in how the car performed afterwards.

Was not impressed with the pressure for up sale maintenance work don't mind being made aware of maintenance program but being reminded 5 times is a bit much.

Ellis did a great job explaining the differences between the HR-V and CR-V. After the test drive we knew we wanted the CR-V. We negotiated and ended up buying his demo. We got the accessories that we wanted and were able to remove the running boards that made it difficult for me to get out of the car. Everyone was professional and played along with my husband's silliness:)
